This way the admins cannot help you. They need the world you play in, your player name and your play ID. You can contact support via the Damoria registration page.

In world 2 venturia there is a player with the name Darth Farysek in the alliance česko-slovenská kolben-daněk. In world 1 "the cusades" the name is unknown. I hope the admins can do something with this information. But always provide player name, ID and game world.

We need a better explaination for what is going wrong... there are tausends of players log in every day, why that shouldn't work for one player here, so please tell me some more information like error messages or screenshots or something...
