Yes, good idea. It is inconvenient to have to check all the castles if you have a castle in which you want to activate the master builder, but no free slots anymore.

you could build these settlements during the Easterevent of 2025. See official announcements of that event in this forum.

If you're talking about troop speed, it might be due to the alliance specialization. With the attacker specialization, your attacking troops gain extra speed.

I mean: is it possible that you collected the amber in your castles "yesterday" around the (in-game) midnight? So, in the two castles where you could collect amber today, you harvested before (ingame) midnight , and in the other castles, you harvested after.. As a result, you can now only harvest amber in those two castles. I don't know if this is the problem, as I don't know what time zone you live in or when you collected the amber "yesterday."
;) Complicated matters with players all over the world and in different timezones. You should try to plan a combined attack from two players with different time zones, that arrive at the same time on a castle;)

The time change for mines takes effect at midnight. That's midnight in CEST/UTC+2. Tonight, the time will be set back one hour to MET/UTC+1. I don't know when and if this also happens in-game, and I don't know what time zone you live in. But perhaps your problem is that you're playing in a different time zone than the game and for you the time for a new miningday starts at a different time?

Damoria is a very old game. Various developers have worked on it in the past. The in-game information is no longer always accurate. The bonuses (recruitment queue length, recruitment speed, resource production speed, troop and merchant runtimes, and the game's construction time) depend on many factors, as more and more bonuses have been added. Some bonuses work in a single castle, some work for all your castles, and some even work for the entire alliance or everyone. You earn these bonuses by not yet being among the top players, by playing one of the mini-games (Crusade, The Guard, Dragonattacks), with specials, events, alliance specialization, magespells, by building certain buildings, or by purchasing bonusses with gold. Some require activation, and some are activated automatically. The percentage bonuses are calculated from a base production level. So, you don't receive a 100% bonus on the total bonuses, but rather a 100% bonus on the base value.

Troops and traders move faster if the total distance exceeds a certain number of spaces (sorry, I don't remember where that limit is). Traders experience a delay per route, but are automatically rerouted when a trade master is present.

The total is confusing and impossible to calculate as a player. There's no formula, but by carefully considering your game goals, the time you can invest, and what you enjoy doing, you can figure out your maximum potential in terms of troop production, resource production, and running times. There's no single way to play Damoria; there are many, and what works one day might not work as well the next. The surprises of a player-versus-player game and the game development.

I don't know which world you're talking about, Alepkhxx. But with the creation of world 3, Bloodlust, the bonuses for world 2, Venturia, have changed. This also includes the transit times of the troops and traders there.

The construction office has nothing to do with the number of residents or troops. It's solely concerned with the speed at which you can complete (or demolish) levels of buildings.

The number of troops you can send out depends on the military training grounds, the resources you have in stock (sending out costs resources), the number of free residents (i.e. the living quarters), and, of course, the number of troops you have in a castle, those in transit, or those stationed somewhere from that castle as support.
