what you mean with "not working" - transporting or station should work.
Did you have any error message?To check this, please create a support ticket in that universe, that a GO can try it by himself.

I can imagine what problem he has.
When transporting on the asteroid of a planet you have to select the asteroid instead of the planet during transport.
You can choose from the planet where the asteroid is, directly in the second window whether you mean the planet or asteroid.
