you can't go for another troop production because you have already 100 troop queues open.

This year we introduce a new troop queue limitation, which means you can build troops in about 100 normal castles (these 100 castles are listed on bottom of the recruitment page) - wait for 24h that one castle is removed from that list (recruit no more troops there to remove it) than you can choose another castle for production.
