    This morning I tried to buy a 5200 Gold-package.
    In the past I used Paypal without problems, today I receave the following message:



    "2207: A valid User ID is required to complete this transaction. Please make sure you input your details correctly and try again. Otherwise, contact our customer support for further assistance at help.xsolla.com."


    Next I tried to pay with bancontact/Maestro and I received the same message.


    On the xsolla page I find this information: This error may appear if there are any technical issues on the game’s side. You can either check that on their official website or contact our support and we will try to help.



    What can I do ?
