Dann kann man auch gleich den Astro mit 30 Felder zum Kauf anbieten.. dann kann sich jeder auf jeden Planeten nen Astro hin setzen das man ja nimmer fliegen muss, denn fliegen kostet ja nicht nur Spice sondern auch Nerven..

Good idea ... but the restriction maybe be dropped to a 48 hours rather then 7 days.

As 48 hours is enough time for any player in the system where your planet is displaced to, to prepare. Also plus if the player that displaces the planet that has restrictions of all flights except Save flights maybe then they need to restrict other players from being able to spy that planet as well.

It takes longer than 48h to build and load a teleporter from scratch.

Well yes of course it takes longer then 48 hours to build teleporter and load the particle's. But as they stated in the Move Planet Rule update that Planet Shifts are designed for Account restructuring there's really no point continuing the discussion. It was more if they were going to eventually make it a strategy part to the game but they ain't. So you would be moving a planet that has teleporter's you wouldn't have to build it. Unless you are talking about a player that is all ready there with a colony then yes you are correct the 7 days would be needed to construct and power the teleporter.
