If you deconstruct a Dev Centre after building one or more MSA's does the Dev Centre deconstruct at the speed it was built at or will it be speeded up by the fact you have the MSA's?

    I think it will be with the speed of MSA's if we are talking about 12 lv going down to 11. Later down ? Don't remember
