Can't Move - Bugs & Problems

Hi,

I was walking around the volcanic cave when my avatar stopped moving. I press the arrow keys and nothing happens. I try clicking around the avatar and can't make her move. I noticed it says "Protection: 5" in the top right corner which I don't usually see. I've tried refreshing the window, logging out and logging in and switching browsers (Chrome then Edge). I switched to the other realm and am able to move that character. I switched to the other character on Rustytown and was also able to move that one. I switch back to Aurora13 on Rustytown and still can't move. Help!

Hi,

i have done some upgrade / fixing stuff, maybe you tried this where i have shutted down the servers.
Is this problem still existing?

This 5 protection steps are from a fight against an wild mebuly.
After such a fight you get 5 "protected steps" that you dont run into the next fight instantly.

Hi,

could you provide an error report.
You can open the errror console by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+J
(an screenshot is enough)

If you have done this you can try to port you back to your home npc.
You can port you back by clicking on your character (yellow player icon in menu) and there is a blue button.

I found the "Channel Chakra" button before reading your post and it took me to Beach Island. Once I arrived, I still couldn't move. I was able to remove the "Protection: 5" message by clicking on it and answering Yes.

a hotfix is synced to fix this
This happend because you started the research daughter quest. She is following you and there was a problem. But it works now and you can complete the quest.
