    Since you brought up the argument in post 144, dated: July 18, 2017, please answer it. I don't see your answers- yet!

    vic_the_slick, if you can not answer your own questions, this is your problem. I suppose IU has claimed ~~12 ranks in total points while you were fighting your war - a total SCAR failure. But like the percentages, the number of ranks growth is not a true measure in SI - starting from a lower base is always much easier in SI. This is the most adequate measure (bks you want to compare with IU in this thread):
