i am happy to announce the new api to get ranking / placement informations from our si databases.

You can get all Ranking Information about the following url:
SI Classic: http://api.spaceinvasion.info/api/ranking.php
SI2: http://api2.spaceinvasion.info/api/ranking.php

You need to specify some GET parameters:

output: json, xml or csv
instance: retro nexus, int2 (GeNeSIS), int3 (EcoWars), root (Classic Invasion), si2, si2speed,
modus: 1 = user ranking; 2 = alliance ranking
category: 1 = total points; 2 = fleet points; 3 = buildings; 4 = research, 5 = achievement

this site will output alle places (all! not the 3000 from ingame ;))
