you already explained exactly what happend... you transferred your genesis3 account into the RETRO universe. What you would like is just transfering the Spice. Why you transfer the whole account?
To avoid exactly these situations we created the FAQ Thread for that:

Depending on the transfer requirements, you can transfer your entire account or a percentage of your account's Spice value.
The transfer can be started using the transfer assistent on the start page.
Select "Account Transfer" and you can see all available as well as completed account or spice transfers.
Please note: Log in to the account from which you want to transfer in advance.
Important: An account transfer is only possible for accounts that are not blocked or are in deletion mode.

there you exactly see which steps you have to do to transfer spice or a whole account. There are boxes with information that YOUR RETRO ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED.
Like we wrote in the announce thread, we have backups, but it takes really long to rebuild your account. Write to the GO Team; we had several cases like yours here, and the team does a little compensation to reduce the gap between what you lose and what you would get.
This is the way for all cases right now, but there wasn't such a big account; maybe the team decide something else in that special case here.
But, just to say that again - thats not a "error" / "bug" or something from spaceinvasion; just you don't like to read the FAQ carefully and just - click click - the wrong things.
