• Hello Spacepilots!

Today you will receive all the information about the Halloween event, a few updates and a rule change in relation to the IP match rules!

    But first (SI Classic):

The team has decided to rename the monthly event rotation. This will be called “weekly activity” in the future. At the same time, we have now made all the preparations so that these weekly activities can also take place parallel to events. As always, there are a few restrictions to be observed.

The “Trick or Treat” event will take place from Thursday, October 31st, 00:00 (CET) up to and including November 10th. You can get trick or treats by:

    • Getting spooky flights (200 per day); then, after the 200 daily, you will only receive 1 trick or treat
    • by logging in daily
    • by the pumpkin-o-mat
    • by the interdimensional transmitter

The “Gold” activity week starts on Friday in SI Classic, which takes place parallel to the Halloween event. This means there are some changes to Gold Week:

    • You can collect 100 treasure chests every day. These are automatically collected (at the same time) as the spooky flights! No extra effort - how does that sound?
    • There is no weekly limit, the daily limit of 100 chests is set. If you continue to collect trick-or-treat afterwards, however, you will not receive any more treasure chests
    • So during the Halloween period it is possible to collect up to 700 treasure chests in Gold Week!

And a few more changes to our weekly activities!

We are generally very happy with how the events have been received by you. We have received very good feedback - to be honest, we weren't sure how the community would really accept this "extra effort" of the events, but we are surprised at how active you all are!

We will see whether this level of activity should be required permanently, but we look forward to further feedback from all of you!

Some changes are still necessary to ensure a balanced game:

    • Spacia Week: The inactive farmer will no longer be active for Spacia in the future. We don't want one player to take everything, but rather the entire community to have a chance at good loot
    • Spacia Week: We would like to test whether a player steals 50% of Spacia's loot and only actually steals 50% of it, while the other 50% is generated additionally. We also want to ensure that more players have a chance at loot from Spacia, but we have to make sure that not too many resources end up in the universe.
    • Rubblefield week: The following changes have already been made
      • The small rubblefields that spawn on all planets have been drastically reduced and no longer add up
      • a rubblefield is now guaranteed to be created on every occupied planet
      • rubblefields that are distributed on unoccupied planets have been drastically reduced in number, but the chance that they are “very large” has been greatly increased
      • The number of instanced rubblefields for each player has been reduced (from 50 to 20), but the size has been increased tenfold. The range of the rubblefields has been adjusted to a +/- 5 system.

New to our activity weeks - the new SpacePass!

Every month, with every new activity rotation, you can get great bonuses from the new SpacePass. To do this, you have to play the tasks of the various activity weeks.

    Tasks are:

    • Collect 400 treasure chests in the gold week
    • Attack 50 aliens in the alien week
    • Attack Spacia 100 times in the Spacia raid week
    • collect 100 full rubblefields (take anything) in the rubblefield activity week
    • For Halloween: Collect 10,000 treats

Every task you complete unlocks a great bonus for you. At the same time, you can purchase the VIP pass, which gives you even more loot!

We want to develop this pass further in the next few months. The team looks forward to your ideas and feedback!

The first SpacePass will be available to you from November 1st!

    And finally, a rule adjustment:

Unfortunately, we have had a case that showed that our rules had to be revised in some places.

From now on, the rule §2 IP Match applies

As long as an IP match is entered and 7 days after deletion, the following rule applies in addition to all restrictions in the game:

    • Both players may not act together against a player
      • This also includes simultaneous siege by, for example, raid colonies, moving a planet to the player or blocking the planet.
      • Players may not attack the same enemy within 7 days (will be prevented by the system in the future); here, Spacia is excluded.
      • This does not apply to actions that cannot be controlled by both players (attacks from the enemy or a possible defense)
    • Both players may not provide each other with recycling help or otherwise support each other.
    • Forbidden: Trading between each other, including through other players
    • Forbidden: Transport of any kind, also about other players
    • Forbidden: providing rubblefields
    • Forbidden: joint attacks, so here in particular the AKS or particle cannon
    • Forbidden: attacks between each other.
    • Allowed: you can be in the same ally
    • Allowed: spy reports and intercept data can be passed on
    • In the event of rule violations or insults to other players, both accounts will now be punished. This was already implemented earlier by the German-speaking team in the DE universe; we want to implement this again for all universes.

We would like to draw your attention once again to our terms and conditions, in which we stated that using a VPN or concealing your location will also lead to a ban.

We wish you a great spooky time!

    Best wishes

    Your SpaceInvasion team
