A report of a text or translation issue in our games or portal should include the following information:

- which game or service?

- what language?

- a description of the position in the game that is as accurate as possible

- are any steps necessary to be able to see the text?

If the position cannot be described very precisely, a screenshot of the page with the error framed could be very helpful.
