How long do Spacia Planets Last?

for ever they are an AI every 3 to 7 days they switch theire positions

Thank you so much, i thought they would get deleted and a new one would spawn. You happen to know how many Spacia planets there are?
normally at beginning of a server each 10 systems 1 spacia (except system 400), cause of movement it could look now a bit different but the total number should be normal. 39 per galaxy.
