You have to click on the Shop page -> get urplasma -> on "item shop" in main menu and "interdimensional transmitter" in left menu.

When buying these they are global like urplasma, you can use them in all your accounts.

If you plan to use them in multiple universes, its maybe better to buy a bigger amount, to save a discount.
