Hello there, like the thread title mention i'm a old player coming back to the game (i played the game around 15 years ago). I have couple concerns about coming back, how are you supposed to get very large planets ~300 fields outside of just spamming colo ? How are you supposed to spread your planets nowadays ? Are there any "helping" system for newcomers/returning players ? And finally maybe a huge one, what did changed in the past 10+ years to the game ? Thank you for taking the time to read this and maybe answer it.

serveral Alliances help new gamer or returning gamer. If you start in Sirius server your welcome to join Legends.
Anyway the 300 yields Planets arent that rare anymore, cause of payotions and free stuff some people allready have planets with 800+ yields. The planet spreading isnt changed mostly spread out your colonys at all galaxies (as long as possible) build up teleportation network and do your ef.
New are the specialisations (short speks) they could give you up to 10% more production or upt to 3 special raidcolonies or can protect certain millions of res on each planet wich cant be raided

You can get additional field from the "interdimensional transmitter" or buy more fields ind the shop.

At least 1 per Galaxy would be good.

You have the Speedup system to catch up faster.
The tutorial to get a quick start.
Mentor-system to find an Alliance fast.
And finally maybe a huge one, what did changed in the past 10+ years to the game ?
There are many Events over the year. Research is capped at a maximum of 360 days. New build called super computer for even faster research.
A new player friendly Universe: Sirius.
Alien-System and spacia for more targets on the galaxy map.
Specialisations that let you chose additional bonuses for mining, research or pvp.
