unfortunately there was a problem booking the bonus code through our payment provider. We're still investigating the issue.

If you have redeemed the bonus code, it has been booked for you several times. Please do not use more than 20 free mages, 1 storage fill and 50 buildfields for neighboring castles. We will book back each item and provide you with a new bonus code later in the day.

Players who have already used items will have the reduction offset with the new bonus code.

If you have already used more, please contact the support immediately!

We just deactivated the bonus code; We will keep you updated here as soon as we find a solution.

we have activated the bonus code again. Hopefully the problem is fixed. We still ask you to keep an eye on whether you receive something multiple times (just to be safe)

We have deducted this from all players who received too much. We will go through the tickets in the next few days. All players who have used too much have also had the corresponding bonuses deducted and can these in balance by purchasing the bonuses or receiving additional bonus codes in the future.
