Since it is now the hot phase of the transfer, some players have decided, among other things, to hand over their castles (to straw men, for the transfer), but worse, to crush their troops on playing (not gray) players.

Initially, we don't have such a big problem with passing on castles. It was and is of course allowed to pass on his castles and then get rewarded with other castles from friends.
We have banned this for World2 players because otherwise “new” accounts would simply have taken over the castles that a player would otherwise lose.

The targeted scrapping of troops that would otherwise be lost is a bigger problem. I just quote an excerpt from our terms and conditions that every player has confirmed.

Furthermore, even in Games that enable Users to have multiple Accounts, communication and any kind of interaction whatsoever between the Accounts of the same User is prohibited (ban on “pushing”). In particular, an Account may not be used to create advantages for another Account held by the same User to, for example, transfer Game items or currency from one Account to another Account of that User, and one Account cannot compete against another Account held by the same User.

We have therefore temporarily stopped the fight on World1. (The problem has not yet occurred on World2)
The team will comment on these unfair “kamikaze” actions in the next few days. So far, the plan is that a transfer (Option 1) of the entire account is only possible if the World1 account has not lost more than XX percent troops. You will receive more detailed information in the next few days.
