Hello Damorians!

We cordially invite you to play the first public test round of the “Your Guard” tournament with us! All players will be registered automatically (only today!).

We purposely don't want to give you a detailed FAQ or tutorial for the tournament to see what questions will come up or if the feature is self explanatory.

Nevertheless, we want to give some basic information about the schedule here:

• There are 10 qualification rounds in which your knights have to fight 1v1 against other knights. The first qualifying round starts at 20:02 (CET). You will see your first opponent as early as 19:45 (CET). You have 3 minutes between the qualifying rounds.
  
  
  • in qualifying rounds you only get opponents who have the same number of wins as you
  • the points for a round (also for a lost battle) represent the damage caused
  • each knight only fight once in the qualifying rounds
• the top 8 (sorted by wins, then by points) are qualified for the final rounds. You have 5 minutes between the final rounds.
  
  
  • in final 3v3 knights compete in battles
  • each knight only fight once in a final round
• You can view the ranking at any time by clicking on your placement (above the qualification)
  
  
  • the ranking only applies to the qualifying rounds. The final is not visible in the ranking!
• you can always click on your opponent to see which knights he has in his squad. Note, however, that your opponent (like you) can change the knight before the end of a round!
• you can watch all fights. If you want to share a fight with a friend or show it to us, you can pass on the “Battle-ID”. Please note, fights are world-related, this means, if you want to show a fight to the support, also indicate in which world it took place.

Please note:
This is a test run. We have already played many rounds, but we cannot rule out the possibility that bugs will occur. The tournament will take place every day. You can register for it from 10am (CET).
It is important to us to test the process of the tournament. We are only concerned with balancing the knight fights themselves after a successful tournament! Should you see problems in the fights, you are welcome to contact us in the forum or via the support button.

We have not planned any bonuses for the next tournament days. In the future, however, bonuses are planned for the Top1, Top2, Top3/4, Top8 and Top 50.

We look forward to watching the test run and are very excited to see which Knight-Guard will win!

Hello Damorians!

The first test run yesterday was successful. We still fixed a few small errors. Also yesterday we forgot to announce a few other changes:

• the inventory has been updated. You can now select items that you can sell together.
• In the inventory and when equipping you can now display the item details.
• it is no longer possible to equip an item while the tournament is running. Currently this means from 8 p.m. (CET) to 8:50 p.m. (CET)
• a countdown has been built in to show you when you can register for the next tournament
• The knight selection of the opponent in final rounds was displayed incorrectly in some cases. The correct knights were displayed as opponents, but possibly in the wrong order. This has now been fixed.
• the battle script has been adjusted
  
  
  • the attack or defense bonus (comparison of attack to defense of the 2 knights) is now limited. This led to damage values in the millions or (vice versa) to damage reductions to <1 values
    
    
    • this only occurred when you were up against a much stronger or weaker opponent
  • the calculation of points for the fight has been changed. You only get a maximum of 10,000 points for "over death" attacks. At the same time, the maximum point value for an attack was capped at 50,000.

We had a lot of fun watching yesterday's fights.
