    Hello Damorians!

We hope you are all healthy!
Today we want to introduce you to a new feature. We are still in a first development phase, but we still want to discuss the idea with you and take your suggestions or wishes into the future.

Starting tomorrow at 8 p.m. (CEST), you can take part in our new crusader event.

    What are crusades?
On Fridays at 8 p.m. you can put together your troops on the crusade page and then conquer the world with other players on our new crusader map!
The challenge for you is to choose which residences you want to conquer.
Lead your armies to be as successful as possible on your crusade!

The crusade runs until next Thursday, 11:59:59 p.m. CEST. The bonuses you have achieved are then activated for one week!

    How does a crusade work?

A crusade always starts on Fridays and lasts until and including the following Thursday.

    1. Determine your army composition

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday you can put together your troops individually.
    There are 5 different units:

    • Melee
    • cavalry
    • Siege units
    • Generals
    • Saboteurs

Your army must consist of 500% troop strength. For example, you can give each of these units 100% strength. It would also be possible not to take generals or cavalry units with you. Only the saboteurs with min. 20% are scheduled.

The units you choose will not be deducted from your units in your castles!

If you haven't selected any troops after Sunday, 500% will automatically be distributed evenly to all units.

    2. The crusade map

On the crusade map you can see the realm of Damoria in the middle.
From here you can start your crusade and attack residences.

Only places that are directly adjacent to conquered places or the Damoria Empire can be attacked.
For the attack you need the predetermined units.
Generals are important for attacks on larger places. You don't need generals for small areas.

You can launch an attack on a residence 9 times a day.

    3. Your reward and glory

    Every conquered residence gives

    • a resource bonus (+ percentages) or
    • a troop recruitment bonus (+ speed)

You will receive the sum of all conquered lands activated for one week after the crusade.

Every conquest of a residence also brings glory. Below the crusade map you can see the glory ranking. The first 20 places receive extra bonuses on their resource or troop recruitment bonuses from the residences.

    4. The sabotage

Now the saboteurs come into play. These are only required for sabotage missions.
For every 1% of your saboteurs, you can reduce the reputation of a residence by 0.3% to 5%! So you harm the player who may be just ahead of you in the ranking!

With larger residences, the chances of causing high damage are less!

    Development team comment:

    Quote

We look forward to hearing from you about the first version of this feature. It was important to us to establish something new in Damoria, but does not depend on the number of troops or castles.
Small players and large players have the same requirements for this feature.
A big player will of course get more resources from the bonus (or produce more troops) - but we still think that a small player will get into the game faster.

We hope you enjoy the first crusade!

    Stay healthy!

    regards
    Your Damoria team
