Can I get some clarity on the following part of the announcement:

• Flight Speed: 150x
• Min-flight time: 3min

Does this minimum flight time of 3 minutes also apply to the following flights:

• Stationing
• Transports
• Recycles (especially own planet recycle)
• Spy probes

The flight time minimum that was applied to all of the above (except spy missions) in Dark Gate was incredibly frustrating....
