by clicking on your name (on the top bar) and there "general" you can choose which threads you want to see. If you registered with an non-german language browser the default setting is english. For German i enabled German and English Threads.
The BitMeUp Language are global threads which can be seen by both english and german; this will automaticly enabled if you disable it.
