If i were to let my account go inactive, deleted, and then I started again in the same universe using the same account, would I still have that Urplasma?
global urplasma is on your global account mains, if you delete one account the global account is'nt touched.
uni urplasma is on your universe account, means if you delete this uni account your universe urplasma is also removed.
For this transfer situation means this: You removed your retro account, so your retro universe urplasma is gone, but you transfered your account from GeNeSIS so your universe urplasma from genesis is also on retro. The global urplasma is'nt touched in any case.
