Just invested 8000 flowers to keep up the triple production, but it didnt work. now 8000 flowers gone for nothing. can i get a refund or the triple prod activated?

The production is working as intended. It works by giving you the extra ressources every minute. It was designed that way and it is unfortunally not showing in your industry.
If you refresh from time to time you can see your ressources jump up.

Yesterday, i already purchased it. Ran until today 15:50pm or something, showing an "event x3 Production" bar at the top of the frame. 30 minutes before it ran out, i purchased it again to keep the prod up for another 24h. but now the status bar is gone - so i assume it's not working?

if you bough a multi prodd during you have one activated the production is put into your multi prodd storage in your economy view.
There you can activate them when ever you want. -
