If you capture a grey castle, you can demolish it if you wish. It still is 14 days contested. If you capture a castle from another player you have to wait before demolishing it.

ist es beabsichtigt, dass in der Kommandozentrale im Menü unten rechts bei den Optionen Suchen, Notiz, Favoriten, Support klicken auf das Feld NOTIZ ohne Wirkung ist?

important here is, that when you have bought planet fields in the shop, this will increase the value.
So when you talk about a 300+ fields planet, and bought 100 fields, you talking (in reallity)…
