I understand the argument “new players must not fall too far behind”, but it is based on a wrong assumption.

I cannot remember the exact function before (probably me) changing it.

But, thats a fact, that a new player have to take so much effort to the game on so many parts, and spy tech like some of the players going for it, is not possible to get to, or its too…

But that would also mean that a level 15 player could attack a level 10 player.
Just as a level 25 player could attack a level 15 player.
