    I still get the error code but I can teleport to all planets if I refresh the screen after I teleport to each one.

    I think you are supposed to be at 25X. Your total points are equal to 28% of the 1st place score. According to the speed up rules you should be at 25x untill you go over 30% of the 1st place score at which time your production will drop to 10x.


    The new speed-up values are:


    up to 10% of points: 100x
    up to 20% of points: 50x
    up to 30% of points: 25x
    up to 40% of points: 10x
    up to 50% of points: 5x
