die meissten scheitern daran den Link auf der Startseite zu finden - dafür muss man ausgeloggt sein und unterhalb der Loginbox schauen. Viele sind verwirrt und versuchen sich direkt mit ihren alten Logindaten einzuloggen, lesen nicht und sind dann verzweifelt.
Im Grunde kannst du ihnen nur diese Reihenfolge vorgeben:
- rufe damoria.de auf (wahlweise damoria.com)
- wenn du eingeloggt bist logge dich aus (oben rechts)
- klicke den Übernahme Knopf unterhalb der Loginbox
- logge dich in deinen alten Account ein
- anschließend drücke den "verbinden"-Knopf und logge dich in deinen BitMeUp Account ein (wenn du noch keinen hast, erstelle einen)
- dein Account ist verknüpft
Was auch viele übersehen - wenn man eingeloggt ist, kann oberhalb der Weltenauswahl einen verknüpften Account auswählen. Ja, man kann bis zu 5 Damoria Accounts zu einem BitMeUp Account verknüpfen.
Was dein Passwort ändern angeht: drücke das Zahnrad neben deinem BitMeUp-Account auf der Damoria Startseite (Weltenauswahl) oder gehe auf bitmeup.com und wähle dort Einstellungen.
Dort kannst du dein Passwort ändern.
