1) "opslag' is actually called voorraadschuur originally so it should be 'voorraadschuur vulling)

2) not sure what this needs to be, but seems like a coding error?

3) 'resource-start upgrade' should be translated to 'Grondstoffen ster-Extra' (not sure about the extra, could also call it just 'grondstoffen ster-upgrade'

Now after this change all my storehouses turned into hiding places with 2-3 days of building.

When I cancelled them I lost all resources it took to start buidling the storehouses...

Hmm, would it then just be due to the bonus time from main which made the time decrease to about 10% of normal?

I was just going through my castles and found it strange that in all my castles the living quarters are being upgraded, while I didn't click them.

Also, the time it takes to upgrade is too high for the level.

Is something regarding the new update causing this bug?

To my opinion, Speedgunner did nothing wrong and should NOT be banned for 3 days.

He lost 50% of his troops as is needed for capitulation. It is NOT stated in the rules that you have to loose them in combat.

Cancel his capitulation -> yes

Bann him -> absolutely NOT

I know from experience (especially IT rookies) will push every button 100 times and try everything when something is not working, even when told not to do so.

Banning those people will only result in more of this behaviour and make the problem even worse?

In my opinion, in these kind of situations a standard email explaining that spamming the support is not the way to go, with if possible providing some general internet links with information how a support system works, ...
Also, telling the person that new support tickets/emails will not be read (automatically place them into a junk folder) until his first support ticket is handled or for a certain period (eg. 1 week).

In my opinion someone should NOT be banned for spamming support.

A support ticket/Forum ban yes, but not being banned from the game...

What does the wall have to do with this when attacking?

The troops are outside of the players castle, attacking a different player?

The player that is defending, should receive a bonus because he has constructed the wall?

The wall helps the troops defend the castle?

Maybe we should implement a change?

It makes sense that the defender has an advantage?

Maybe not a big increase, but a minor one would make sense?
