It doesnt take a genius, to understand why a player would be around the site asking for a password reset... obviously, it was because the player was trying to login but was unable to do so.

Ive sent a message, i didnt post.
Its not a matter of the fleet itself but the conduct from devs/moderators towards players... if you feel that you were not treated fairly on a small issue (fleet), you will think that the same can happen with bigger issues (fleets).
Ive lost bigger fleets because of myself and i didnt complaint... but this wasnt my fault (certificate errors and impossible login). Will they say this issue didnt occur?

Nevertheless, after all the rest failed, as described in my initial post, i did remember to go into facebook and sent a message, although i did so at 7h16m. Nevertheless, the evidence presented is overwhelming... and im pretty sure, they can check login attempts through IP address, the same way they can catch people who have several account in the same universes. They can also check if there was an issue or not, which is something they didnt admit yet.
Therefore, this issue wont be solved, only if the devs/moderators dont want to solve it. Wouldnt it be so funny, if we were informed that after all, there was no issue at all?
we take reporting timestamps; means, we will look into all reports and the first time we got this reported, will take place for restoring fleet actions.
When you can't login at 4am, i hope that you also report it at 4am, otherwise, how we should know that?

Nevertheless, why else would i ask for a password reset at 6h04m London time then (i wanted to insert printscreen bellow but it seems i cannot... please find it attached instead)? Mind you, this was before the alien counter, that occurred at +-6h36m London time.

The game stopped working around 4AM London time and didnt work, at least for me, until around 7h15m London time... your post appeared around 6AM London time, but devs can check those timelines.
Why this issue occurred to you, only after one of your attacks against witch1 (6h20m) and not before, i cannot explain.

Ive seen that Dark Angel had posted in the forum, that she couldnt log in, but i was unable to post into her thread and in the meantime that thread disappeared... most likely, her issue was resolved quickly by itself.
Nevertheless, it seems that, if this issue didnt occur, most likely than not, her attacks against witch1 wouldnt have worked out... therefore, the resources captured shouldnt be kept by her, but the spice spent by her could be returned to her.
Same happens to me on SI Endless while using Google Chrome, although after a while, it stops auto-reloading/refreshing.
Suddently, while playing on SI2 Endless a few hours ago, the game stopped on its tracks.
Refreshed the browser and tryed login in another browser, but was receiving certificate errors... advanced anyway, but couldnt login.
Decided to ask for a password reset and redefinied the password, but still couldnt login. Couldnt login into the forum either. Couldnt send a support ticket either.
I had launched around 12 final attacks against an alien planet (to finish him off) but all attacks failed. Reason: game went down when i was going to send emp-bombs to destroy alien planet shield. Ive noticed that other players didnt seem to be affected by this issue, since while this issue was going on. my planets were spyed but not attacked by Gege16be.
I would appreciate if the fleet and resources, lost to the alien attack, could be returned to me.

Tks... i had read that thread before stumbling into this thread. Not saying it isnt usefull, but it does miss many details.
1) if there is no shield in the report, then it will not be there when attacking
2) I didn’t say that there are no ships in the report !!!
I say that the alien HIDS his fleet during your attack and therefore the effective attack is only 2-7 times

1) Exactly, there is no shield in the report... didnt you say that 1st attack is to kill the shield? But there is no shield in the spy report, wich is coerent with my 1st attack (no shield).
2) Didnt you say that there are no ships in the spy reports... thats false, because there are ships in the spy reports. But when you attack, 99% of the times, ships arent in the planet.
3) You may be number one on SI Endless, but this alien stuff, for the most part, is not as you state... and the forum guide, although having important information, is not that helpfull regarding these issues.

an attack on an alien goes like this:
1.you kill the shield
2.you attack 1-7 times but the alien hides the fleet but the alien hides the fleet and resources
3.you kill his fleet and take resources and after that you have about half an hour to take all his resources
4.After half an hour, he recovers the fleet and shield

2) I attacked and there was no shield (as stated on the spy report) and no fleet (as opposed to what the spy report stated);
3) Only on the 4th attack, fleet appeared on the alien planet, although not in the same numbers stated on the spy report;
4) After the desctruction of alien fleet, a shield appeared (destroyed with bombs);
5) In all 5 initial attacks, i got loot from the alien planet;
6) I made 8 attacks in a row, in less than 5 minuts;
7) After destroying all defenses except "defense unit xt", all attacks started giving loot again;
The alien planet was finished off, but i didnt get all the resources in it;
9) I confirm that, after a while, alien fleet and shield are recovered.

Maybe in the past it was as you state... why you may ask? From my experience:
1) Shield doesnt appear after 1st attack... as an example, today it appeared after 3 successfull attacks;
2) Spy reports arent trustworthy, because when I spy, it states that the alien planet has got ships on it, but in truth, the alien planet does not have any ships.
So, in fact, not everything is correct.

Eu os li, mas não consigo encontrar onde é explicado por que os relatórios de espionagem são errôneos e por que alguns ataques não resultam em pilhagem. Also, cannot find explanation for why shields and fleet reapear suddently (ex.: attack lands and there was no shield nor fleet but in the very next attack, few seconds later, another attack lands but there is either shields or fleet... this happens a lot).
i find aliens feature quite annoying... i destroy theyre particle shield with emp-bombs, but few moments later that shield reappears and stops ships attacks. Many times, after a successfull attack, the loot is zero, i repeat zero. Other times, i spy and see enemy ships, but when attack lands, no enemy ship is there.
