I found that all the game activity are stuck: building construction, fleet action, and research. They all stuck at 00:00:00. The only exception is resource production. I restarted my browser numerous times, but it didn't help. How may I solve this issue?

I mean, is there a way that a player can "recycle" his ships on the planet for resources back? Or the only way you can get rid of your own ships is they are destroyed by other players?
