Fixes the rubble field import and adds support for specialization and spice value.

As always when there is a database schema change you need to export your data from the old version, create a new database (with initGui) and afterwards import your data.

The intrepid can just add columns SPECIALIZATION and SPICE to table player. If you do that you are on your own.
