    Dear Damorians

Unfortunately the fixation of the bugs - as you had to notice - was delayed again.
We are honest and admit that the changes we have made in our company have not been successful so far, especially in the speed of bug fixation at Damoria. We have decided to provide Damoria programmer resources in the person of Dschibait, which were originally planned for other projects. This has not made things easy for us, since this causes other organizational problems, especially for our new game Mebula, which completition is very essential for our company, but we hope that we can show you how serious it is to us to provide a fluid and disruption-free gameplay at damoria.

Despite all this, we have some successes: we have already fixed the gem bug and the troop bug. Both of them are currently being tested by the Damoria team, in order to avoid as much as possible the possibility of new problems.

However, unfortunately, we also have to report bad news: We can not 100% understand which players had what losses by the troup bug.
We do not see a fair opportunity for refunds. We are sincerely sorry for the fact that we have previously communicated other statements which we can no longer hold. However, it is simply not possible to reconstruct each individual case with the existing log and database structures, according to human discretion and with a reasonable economic effort.

We will, however, endeavor to make a "reward" for those players who have played in accordance with the rules and have not been suspended since the game was taken over by us. We think that this (not only the punishment for the bug users) will not only give honest players a balance but an actual and deserved advantage.

At the same time, we are also working on the bugs on world 2. We will tell you when we have gathered more information.

We would like to sincerely thank our loyal players for their patience with us. Our company BitMeUp is a relatively small company and does not have the opportunity to compensate for personnel bottlenecks as flexibly as the "big players". As long as this is so, we continue to hope for your understanding.

    Best wishes
    Your Damoria team
