For those who are interested in making and producing own avatars and signature banners. These 3 online sites make transforming pixel and file size of pic's and gif's. They are very extremely user friendly and safe sites to use.

They are completely free to use and are online sites so even if you haven't access to a pc you are able to connect using mobile device's browsers to access the sites to transform them straight from your mobile device.
I hope these go to helping players who want to try their hand at transforming a pic or gif they may have that they were unsure how to alter them to be able to use in game and the forum.

398 pixel width by 200 pixel height ( As long as the full complete pictures and gifs total pixel amount is not beyond these dimensions your setup will not display the slide bars within your profile)
Plus here is a site to get website addresses for finished product to where you won't get broken picture problems and cause security lock on players browsers when they view your profile in game to where the player ends up with a unsecure connection being caused by the players images on the profile page. This same problem occurs to images placed on Alliance page as well.
Which this problem is caused by the players image hosting site attaching trackers to the hosted picture. The site I have given doesn't do this to your stored picture's.
