Hi yall,
i was thinking about a thing...let's say i moved one planet with asteroid to another position with more red around me.
The "block" is still active cause 7 days haven't passed.

I decide to move 20% of my fleet there as a bait. Then, someone spies on me and launchs an attack on that planet.
So, i will teleport all my fleet there to destroy him and i will get all the debris. I made a passive-aggressive action.
Also i have the asteroid to control his recys flight time and tell it to a buddy who can intercept them. And i consider that an aggressive action.

How would you (GOs especially) consider this action?
Will you punish me for the ninja also if it's not a "pure aggressive" action?
Or will you punish me only if i share enemy's flight time to make an intercept?

I'll be glad to read all players and GOs opinion
