I'm sorry , but the problem is not clear to me. You send attacks to banditcamps and your troops come back without loot? What kind of troops are you sending?

you can get a golden castle in different ways:
1 )With events you can sometimes get an "upgrade". You can change a "normal"castle into an golden castle with this upgrade. Like in this "corona"event. If you send 1000 attacks with at least 100.000 troops to banditcamps you will get an gold castle upgrade.
2) sometimes golden castles are given away as a reward or prize for buying gold or participation in the event. May the Easter / Spring event contains a golden castle?
3) You capture another player's golden castle ( This can have consequences! )
4) You can look for a golden castle that has been abandoned (turned gray). But it is very rare for a golden castle to be abandoned. The golden castles are not on the list of abandoned castles and you will have to search the map for them.

I 'm a member of the team for only a short time now and I do not know what has been discussed about these castles in the past. However, I can imagine that a lot has to be sorted out before something can be done about the banned accounts. Think of privacy rules, property rights, possibly paid but not delivered services because of the the ban.

You can already buy a trade master. He will walk 24 hours a day to move the resources. If that is not enough you can buy a mini pack:
25% faster traders
100% higher carrying capacity
and an additional 10% faster trader with the silver pack

In events you can get 200% higher carrying capacity.

There are other ways of communication: ingame chat and outside the game; skype and the forums of the alliances. But the players who want to use this forum for mutual communication are welcome.
That world 2 will merge with world 1 does not mean that another world 2 will not be created in the future. The current world 2 had a bad start and did not run well. We have learned from that. There may be a need for another world again in the future.
