• Hello

last night the player Castle - Damorian_1589 took a castle at 23:25:58 from the player Damorian_2444 then surrendered

however this is forbidden when we have a contested castle

    here is the rule

    Castle-Recaptures

After a castle recapture, the owner is recognized after 2 days (normal castles) or 7 days (special castles).

This means that if you have castles, that other players have completely taken back from you, you cannot switch to surrender mode until you own them.

    Hello,

first, not call it bug instantly

second, create a support ticket with the informations which castle and which time (already given here) that we can check that.

If he/she was the previous owner of the castle and just get this castle back, it is still recognized as his/her castle and don't block the surrender.

  • to better understand the situation, I took the castles in the morning, in the evening a player from his alliance took back the castles then the player took back his castles.

if I understand correctly since it was his castles at the beginning it is therefore not considered contested??

exactly ... the player had the owner status of this castle... as long a player not taken that fully over (about 14days) the owner is still the play who lost it first.

thats makes completly sense otherwise you could switch castles and would instantly remove the conquered status

  • i thought that if the player took back his castles for him too he was contested but this is not the case as you explain, this is not very well explained in the text of the capitulation or the french translator does not translate the right words :/ :/
