Today we like to release the new Bitmeup Support Center!

So far, every game has solved your support requests in their own way. Some things worked very well, but there were also problems.

We activated the new “Support Center” today. This is a Bitmeup-wide support portal where you can post your requests for all games. You can quickly access and respond to your tickets from all worlds, universes and games.

This new, specially developed foundation will enable us to integrate many more tools in the future to give you the best help and solve problems quickly. Steam players can now also quickly create tickets via the new system without a Bitmeup account.
