as soon you send a request.
If not, your request didn't get there and you

Tickets with "BIT" are not Damoria Tickets; please choose during the creation process of the issue "Damoria" as Project and not "BitMeUp"... the bitmeup team can't work on tickets for damoria.

we already tell you / wrote here where the support link is - that you need to create a damoria ticket.
=> If you don't contact the support you can't wait for an answer
=> if you contact the bitmeup support (like your bit-number ticket ID above) you didn't will get an answer, because you need to create a DAMORIA Ticket.
Im not sure, whats your state is. But if you get a DAM-NUMBER Ticket ID, provide it here that we can look into your ticket.
