To all I strongly suggest everybody: do not post any screenshots with vital information in an open space for everybody to see. You can't - increased production (troops, gems or resources) are event specials. You can only buy some speedup production. Just check the packages offered at the gold page.

By demolishing the buildings of the castle - what in fact will give you more resources as demolishing it at a whole - step by step and shipping these resources with your traders, you can deliver them to more than only one castle. This way you not only collect more resources, you can devide them between numberous castles.
